RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly both in person and over the phone.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming phone calls and maintaining customer records.
- Generate Google reviews.
- Process customer payments and run daily bank deposit.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Licensing not required initially.
We are also open to hiring this position as Part-Time, hours to be determined.
Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
